Showing you how to turn your love for expressive art into a form of therapy

Twice a week we hold group therapeutic art sessions lead by trained art therapists. Join us every Wednesday and Saturday.

How the session goes

Each group session follows this routine. After a brief introduction. You will be given aprompt, followed by guided therapeutic art making. Session will end with optional sharing after.

Come join our art therapy club. Everyone is welcome regardless of Art experience.
